parvus Corporation

The PC/104 Environmental Fan Card II intelligently monitors and  
controls the environmental characteristics of an enclosed PC/104  
computer system through a series of pressure, humidity and
temperature sensors working in concert with onboard fans to  
circulate internal air.


The following are the minimum hardware and software requirements  
for using the parvus Environmental Board.

Software Requirements
Microsoft Windows 9X, 2000, XP, ME or NT 4.0 Operating System 
Acrobat Reader


Minimum Hardware Requirements

233 MHz Pentium based personal computer 
100 MB free hard disk space 
32 MB Random Access Memory (RAM) 
256 color display with 640 x 480 resolution 
Mouse or other pointing device (optional) 
Printer (optional) 


Recommended Hardware Requirements

400Mhz Pentium II based personal computer 
100 MB free hard disk space for installation 
400 MB free hard disk space during operation 
64 MB Random Access Memory (RAM) for Windows 95, 128 for Windows  
98, NT 
High Color (16 bit) display with 800 x 600 resolution 
Mouse or other pointing device 
Printer (optional) 


The Setup is a two step process. First step is to install the  
Visual basic 6.0 run time files. Second Step is to install the  
parvus Environmental Board test software.

1. Use the VBRun60.exe to install the visual basic run time  
files.
2. Use setup.exe to install the parvus Environmental Board test  
software.

Note: Sometimes the computer has to be restarted for the driver to open successfully. Make sure to use VBRun60.exe if the computer already does not have VB runtime files.

	The manual along with the software gives a detailed  
description of the product and its usage.
